Welcome to edition 2 of our Reno/Sparks Paleo Friendly healthy eating guide!

BFF Cafe

BFF Cafe has some incredible options available for those looking to get a quick, delicious and healthy meal. They offer zoodles in their dishes, which are noodles made from zucchini in options ranging from chicken, steak and turkey to vegetarian. You can also purchase fuel packs to have a pre-prepared meal to have with you through the day!

Full Belly Deli

Full Belly Deli offers some delicious and unique meals in all sorts of varieties from sandwiches to burritos and the best part is you can order all of these as bowls without the bread! We recommend the Gnar Burrito as a bowl!

Char B Que

Char B Que offers some of the most incredible BBQ meats and sausage, fresh daily. If you’re looking for wood fire slow BBQ that tastes out of this world then this is the spot for you! It’s hard to choose what is the best here, but we’re big fans of the tri tip plate.

Yosh’s Deli

Yosh’s Deli has some of the most incredible salads around and even includes the option of adding tri-tip or wild grilled salmon to your salad. Everything here is local and organic so you can be sure you’re getting top quality foods to enjoy!

Two Chicks

Two Chicks started out as an amazing grilled cheese food truck known for their unique creations. Now they have a restaurant that focuses on breakfast and has many of their unique options in a healthy/Paleo breakfast format!

Wet Hen

Another one of our absolute favorite breakfast spots. We highly recommend checking out their special of the week and you really can’t go wrong with any of their breakfast items!

Many of the restaurants that were on our original list are still around and continue to serve amazing food! You can check out that list here!

What are some other places you’ve found to be both delicious, healthy and Paleo friendly?
