When did you start CrossFitting?

Least favorite workout/movement?
Tell us about your sports/fitness background.
I did a lot of distance running when I was younger, and maintained Navy and Marine Corps fitness standards. I also SCUBA dived a lot. In recent years I have done very little, and gotten pretty out of shape.
How did you first get exposed to CrossFit? Take us back to your first workout… what was it, and how did it feel?
My daughter dragged me to the gym.
What sort of changes have you seen in your body, health and fitness since starting at StoneAgeFuel? (before / after)
More energy, better mood, and I’ve lost almost 30 pounds. The whole family is feeling better after shifting to a mostly paleo life style.
Any advice for people just getting started?
Give it a try and stick with it.
What are your hobbies, interests and/or talents outside of CrossFit at StoneAgeFuel?
Exotic reptiles, high power rockets, hiking, camping and sailing.
