Baseball Stretch positions 1 and 2 from StoneAgeFuel Fitness Reno
It’s always important to get some good stretches in before and after you workout. The baseball stretch positions 1 and 2 can be a great post workout stretch to help ease post workout stiffness, soreness or general tiredness. We recommend doing this multiple times per day!
