Coconut Chicken Tenders

StoneAgeFuel FLuff to Tuff coconut chicken tenders


2 chicken breasts
1⁄2 c coconut flour
2 eggs
splash of coconut milk (can)
1 c shredded coconut


  • Preheat oven to 400
  • Cut chicken breast into 1” strips
  • Put coconut flour, eggs with splash of coconut milk (mix well together), shredded coconut in 3 separate shallow bowls
  • Coat each chicken strip in coconut flour, then egg/milk mix, then shredded coconut
  • Lay chicken strip on baking sheet
  • Cook for 10-12min
