These two hamstring stretches are great for tight hamstring and glutes. Here’s how to perform the stretch:
– start at a stand with both feet together and legs straight
– bend at the hip, while keeping both legs straight, reach for the floor
– your goal is to be able to touch your nose to your knees with straight legs
– the next stretch, start at a stand with one leg crossed over the other, your feet should be aligned and the back leg should be straight
– bend at the hip and reach for the floor
– this stretch should be felt in the hamstring and lateral hip of the leg that is straight
