The Kettlebell swing is an excellent full body movement and is a useful tool for a whole assortment of different movements. Here is how to perform the Kettlebell swing:

-Start by puffing your chest out
-Sit back and drive your hips up forcefully
-After you extend your hips all the way bring the Kettlebell to just above your eye level. Alternatively you can bring the Kettlebell all the way overhead if you do not have any should pain or mobility issues
-After you’ve reached the peak of the swing bring it back down and initiate another swing by using the hips. Do not allow your back to bend over and become the primary driver of the movement
