Our prescription for a great life is designed to ensure a lifelong commitment to a healthy lifestyle! Here’s our prescription:
-Workout with us 3x a week
-Eat clean 80% of the time and 20% of the time have a little fun
-Go out an enjoy nature or try a new sport twice a week
-Go on an adventure and experience something new once a year
We don’t believe in extremely restrictive protocols that are nearly impossible to maintain. Instead we focus on being able to be fit for life and being able to maintain that fitness!
