Paleo Crab Stuffed Mushrooms
It’s that time of year! The HOLIDAYS! Here’s a delicious starter from one of my favorites – Paleo Leap – to hold everyone over until the turkey is ready!
- 20 button mushrooms
- 2 cups cooked crab meat finely chopped
- 3 tbsp chives, minced
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp dried thyme
- 1/4 tsp homemade mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350 F.
- Mix all the stuffing ingredients together in a bowl.
- Remove stems and gills from mushrooms
- Scoop a generous portion of the stuffing into each mushroom cavity
- Bake for about 15 minutes.
