Paleo Eggs Benedict
Breakfast is the most important meal to start your day off right! Here’s one delicious way to get your day kick started!
- 12 eggs, poached
- 6 slices canadian bacon 3 egg yolks
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1⁄2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. paprika
- dash of pepper
- 4 tbsp. melted coconut oil
- Grease + heat pan over med heat
- Cook canadian bacon
- Poach eggs
- Mix hollandaise sauce
- Sauce: Mix egg yolks, lemon juice, salt, paprika, pepper in blender 10sec 6. Set blender to medium speed, pour coconut oil slowly until thick
- stack egg + canadian bacon + egg, top with sauce and enjoy!
