Pumpkin Pancakes!

Ingredients
1⁄4 c coconut flour
1⁄4 c 100% pumpkin puree
1⁄2 tsp. cinnamon
1/8 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. coconut milk, carton
1⁄4 tsp. baking soda 1 tbsp. raw honey
3 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 tbsp. coconut oil
pinch of salt
Directions
- Heat pan on medium heat + grease
- Whisk together all ingredients
- Pour 1⁄4 c batter onto skillet
- Cook 2min each side
