Quick And Easy Healthy Egg Muffins
- 12 eggs
- 1⁄2 lb. ground turkey spinach
- garlic powder
- salt + pepper
- Can be made with any meat, any veggie, any seasoning; be creative!
- Preheat oven to 350 Using a muffin pan.
- Crack 1 egg into each spot.
- Add small amount of ground turkey, spinach and season to taste.
