Spicy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers

Here’s a quick and easy snack to add some heat to keep you warm this holiday weekend!

Ingredients:

  • 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temp
  • 12 slices bacon, cut in half
  • Hot sauce (Pick your favorite! – I like Franks Wing Sauce)

Prep:

  • Preheat oven to 400F degrees
  • Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise, remove insides/seeds
  • Mix cream cheese and hot sauce (to taste)
  • Spoon filling equally among all 24 jalapeño halves
  • Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon
  • Place wrapped jalapeño cream cheese side up on a baking pan
  • Cook 25-28 minutes or until the bacon is crisp to your liking
  • Enjoy!
