Spicy Bacon Jalapeno Poppers
Here’s a quick and easy snack to add some heat to keep you warm this holiday weekend!
Ingredients:
- 12 fresh jalapeño peppers
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened to room temp
- 12 slices bacon, cut in half
- Hot sauce (Pick your favorite! – I like Franks Wing Sauce)
Prep:
- Preheat oven to 400F degrees
- Cut the jalapeño peppers in half lengthwise, remove insides/seeds
- Mix cream cheese and hot sauce (to taste)
- Spoon filling equally among all 24 jalapeño halves
- Wrap each stuffed jalapeño with a half slice of bacon
- Place wrapped jalapeño cream cheese side up on a baking pan
- Cook 25-28 minutes or until the bacon is crisp to your liking
- Enjoy!
