The Scorpion Stretch

The scorpion stretch is an excellent stretch to alleviate shoulder pain due to hunching over and a great stretch to open the shoulders and chest up after sitting at a desk all day. To safely perform this stretch:

-Start by laying on the floor face down on either side.
-Reach the bottom arm behind straight behind you.
-Take the top leg and reach it behind you trying to touch the foot to the arm.

Try to hold this stretch 3x for 30 sec -1min. Email is at [email protected] with any questions.
