StoneAgeFuel Barbell Club and USA Weightlifting 2018 Athlete Development Camps

We are incredibly excited to be bringing a host of new events for the weightlifting community and those new to Weightlifting as we partner with USA Weightlifting to bring technique clinics and camps every month!

Learn how to lift, why technique is important, common issues and problems, advanced movements, and overall have fun while being introduced to a new and incredibly exciting sport!

Camps Available

  •  Snatch
  •  Learn the techniques, skills and drills for the Snatch in a safe and effective format designed for lifters of all ages and ability levels. Don’t miss out on the chance to learn what is often regarded as the pinnacle of hip strength and explosiveness and that translates directly to your sport!
  •  Clean and Jerk
  •  Learn the techniques, skills and drills for the Clean and Jerk in a safe and effective format designed for lifters of all ages and ability levels. Don’t miss out on the chance to learn what is often regarded as the pinnacle of hip strength and explosiveness and that translates directly to your sport!
  •  Youth
  •  Kids need a specific stimulus and exposure when introduced to the Olympic lifts. We provide a safe and effective solution to introducing your child to a new sport that they can participate as their sport or use to enhance their current sport due to the hip strength and explosiveness gained through Weightlifting.

 

  •  Intro to Weightlifting
  •  Learn the fundamentals of Olympic-style Weightlifting in a safe and beginner friendly format. This course is perfect for those who are new to the sport and have little to no exposure in it!
  • Advanced Movement
  •  Learn the principles, skills and drills to take your already solid Weightlifting technique to the next level. This course is perfect for those who have already been exposed to the lifts, but are looking to enhance their technique and/or take it to the next level!
