1) Eat smart snacks like beef jerky, unsweetened coconut flakes and nuts
2) Opt for no bun or bread or find a salad when eating out. For sides ask for an alternative like fruit or veggies instead of the fried options
3) If you can spend a few hours on the weekend prepping meals for the week you’ll be set up for success for the rest of the week. Prep each meal in a container labeled for each meal and each day of the week and all you have to do is remember to grab it when you leave the house!
