Our girls who qualified for the USA Weightlifting Youth National Championships!

We are proud to announce that three of our StoneAgeFuel Barbell Club youth weightlifters have qualified for youth weightlifting national championships in Bloomington, MN. Sophia and Faith (12 and 10 years old) qualified at the PWA Record Breakers in San Francisco, CA and Abby (6 years old) qualified at the Southern Oregon Weightlifting Open in Klamath Falls, OR. They will be the first youth from Nevada to ever qualify for the USA Weightlifting National Championships and we are super proud of them and their accomplishments. There is only one National Championship for Weightlifting and qualifying is not an easy task for youth to achieve nor is getting there.

This is where they need your help! As youth they have no means of funding their trip other than their parents and it is incredibly expensive for these youth to go from Nevada to Bloomington, MN across the country and compete in this weightlifting competition. Please consider making a donation to get these three to the competition to chase their dreams and young olympic weightlifting careers! You may even see them in the Olympics one day!
