Healthy Egg Muffins from StoneAgeFuel Fitness

Ingredients

  • 12 eggs
  • 1⁄2 lb. ground turkey spinach
  • garlic powder
  • salt + pepper

Directions

  1. Can be made with any meat, any veggie, any seasoning; be creative!
  2. Preheat oven to 350 Using a muffin pan.
  3. Crack 1 egg into each spot.
  4. Add small amount of ground turkey, spinach and season to taste.
  5. Bake for 30min
