Directions

1 lb. beef
2 tbsp. cinnamon
1tbsp garlic powder
2 tbsp. onion powder
1 tsp. chili powder
1⁄2 tsp. cayenne
1⁄4 tsp. paprika

Ingredients
Mix beef and spices
Grease pan with coconut oil
Heat pan over medium heat
Form meat into 3” wide patties
Cook 4-5min each side
Top with your favorite veggies
