Delicious Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients

2 large sweet potatoes
2 tbsp. coconut oil, melted
salt + pepper cinnamon

Directions

Preheat oven to 400
Peel sweet potatoes
Cut into even matchsticks
Place on foil lined bake tray
Toss with remaining ingredients to taste
Bake for 30min
